I grew up with the love and support of my wonderful parents and fantastic older brother. My father, a senior commercial leader in retail at the time, profoundly influenced my career aspirations. Witnessing his commitment to exceptional customer experience, quality products, his work ethic, and the way he fostered strong relationships and teamwork, taught me valuable business values and principles.

From a young age, I knew I wanted to specialise in People, Strategy, Business Transformation, and Change. For me, the People profession is intrinsically linked to every aspect of a business, where ambitions intersect with the magic of teamwork and exceptional customer experiences, and I wanted to be involved with ‘everything and everyone in business’!
